Kurt
Yaeger, a native of Southern California, began his legal
practice with a civil litigation firm in Bakersfield,
California in 1990, and was made a partner with the firm
in 1993. He has represented business clients in areas
of labor and employment litigation, discrimination, business
development/risk management, software licensing and emergency
medical transportation. He joined Thompson & Colegate
in 2000, and is currently head of the Labor and Employment
Section of the firm.
