After graduating from college, Kirsten worked as a corporate legal assistant specializing in banking and real estate law at a New York City law firm. Two years later, Kirsten decided to move back West to attend law school at the University of Oregon. While in law school Kirsten clerked for a well-known insurance defense firm. Kirsten also served as the Operations Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation. Upon receiving her JD degree Kirsten moved to Riverside, California in 2005. Kirsten enjoys living and working in Riverside because it has a small town feel in an urban locale with a growing economy and plenty of opportunity.
