Anthony T. Perez is an associate in the firm's Commercial Law Department. Mr. Perez advises private and public entities on real property and construction litigation matters, as well as transactional matters. During law school, Mr. Perez served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Los Angeles and for the Inner City Law Center in Los Angeles, where he represented families with housing related issues. In addition, he served as a legal intern for NBC and addressed copyright and defamation matters. Mr. Perez is an adjunct professor of law at the University of La Verne, College of Law and a California licensed real estate broker.
