Jack
Marshall was born in Brooklyn, New York and served as
a line officer in the United States Navy from 1968 to
1972. Jack joined the firm in 1979 and became partner
in 1985. He is an experienced trial lawyer, who has handled
a broad variety of litigation, including insurance defense,
construction law, business litigation and public entity
matters. He has extensive experience in both court and
jury trials, as well as mediations and arbitrations.
