Fernando Kish was born in Retalhuleu, Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish.
He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside in 2001
and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Kish served as Senior Production
Editor for Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Mr. Kish was also a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and
represented Loyola Law School as a participant in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Since graduating from law
school, Mr. Kish's practice has focused on real estate, business and insurance defense litigation in both state and federal court.
