| Joseph Fitzgerald's legal experience began as a law clerk / paralegal in 2004 during his first year of law school. After graduating and successfully completing the California Bar Exam, Joseph began practicing Insurance Defense in 2007 and has remained in this area of the law with a strong passion for litigation.
